Our vintage Tea Room boasts using local produce, making homemade delicious cakes, freshly prepared lunches and some indulgent Prosecco Afternoon Teas.
After all your shopping, rest your legs and treat yourself to a scrumptious Clotted Cream Tea, a delicious Jacket Potato or a refreshing Strawberry Smoothie or Milkshake!
You can either sit indoors for a more homely setting or go into our Tea Garden for a little slice of Sunshine!

Shopping is a pleasurable, tranquil experience at Mabel's Emporium. We have a huge variety of products including gorgeous clothes, jewellery, furniture, china, cards, gift wrap, home ware and children's toys. Our eclectic array of stalls means you will always find a gift for anyone!
For some pampering we have two fab hairdressers, Alex & Sharon, at "Taylor & West".
Our on-site engraver, Matthew, from "Engraving Works" is perfect for adding a personal touch for those special gifts and he takes on bespoke requests.
Gina and Nicky from "Sussex Sugarcraft" have set up home with us and they can help you with all your cake decorating questions.
We are now are home to "Vibes Fitness & Wellbeing!" Gym,
